Price it on what it can do
Total level is the number everyone quotes and one of the weakest predictors of value. What buyers pay for is capability — a coherent build that can enter the content it was made for, and the unlocks that gate that content.
Quest completion and achievement diaries are frequently worth more than the levels around them, because they cannot be bought and they open things directly. On an ironman that effect dominates entirely: the drop log and the diary tab are the product.
Bank value on a tradeable account is where sellers most often overprice. Anything tradeable can be bought separately, so a buyer paying a premium for a stocked bank is paying twice — and the informed ones know it.
Be straight about provenance
The first question any competent buyer asks is whether the original registration email is included and unrecovered. Answer it plainly in the order chat, because it is the single largest factor in what your account is worth.
If you have the email and you built the account yourself, say so — that is worth real money and sellers routinely fail to mention it. If you do not have it, say that too and price accordingly. A buyer who discovers it later disputes; a buyer who knew going in does not.
Expect to be asked how long you have held it and whether it has been sold before. Every previous owner is a potential recovery claim, and buyers who understand that will discount for it.
The handover, in order
The buyer orders and their payment moves into escrow. You then pass the credentials, and the registration email where it is included, through the order chat.
The buyer changes the email, password and any authenticator, verifies the account matches what was advertised, and confirms. Your balance is credited less the 5%.
Do not pass anything before the order exists and is funded, and do not agree to complete part of the handover elsewhere. Both requests break the link between what escrow is holding and what you are handing over, and that link is the entire protection.
Describe the account accurately in the listing. Disputes on accounts almost always come down to something the buyer says was implied and the seller says was not — and the listing text plus the order chat is what a reviewer reads.
Before you list an account
- A free account here, and identity verification approved — government document plus a selfie, 18 or over.
- Full details ready: stats, quests, diaries, membership status, bank contents.
- An honest answer on the registration email — included and unrecovered, or not.
- A payout method saved — crypto, Skrill, Payoneer or SEPA bank transfer.
- Acceptance that account trading breaches Jagex's rules, and that escrow covers the payment rather than the account.
Your first three sales are free — then 5%, and nothing else
